Possession on line and in real time, all the information and the presses related to the management of the personnel it is a possibility that allows the company to have a complete vision and always adjourned of all of this that concerns the management of the personnel and at the same time to eliminate those whole mean fax or mail with our Study with consequent profit of time.
The service of publication documents on line, through a reserved area, it foresees besides a constant monitoring from the Study, of the state of visualization of the published documents, in such way to be avoided that the document with expirations, for example Forms F24, are not taken for instance in vision within the expiration.
The service offers:
- Access to a reserved area through user id and personal password
- Possibility to receive on line the result of the monthly elaborations and ralative presses
- Possibility to train the dependent individual to the visualization of his own documentation (Payslips, individual prospectuses, various communications...)
- Possibility to insert a sheet presences with management of the absences and additional voices without the aid of other softwares
- Possibility to take vision of the last novelties and services in disposition of the company
